SHIPPING POLICY

  • Order delivery may take 3 to 7 days depending on the location.
  • If the product is not delivered, the order can be canceled after 15 days.

RETURN POLICY

  • For returned products, once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If the product has a flaw, we will cover the courier charge of 50 Tk within Dhaka and 100 Tk outside Dhaka; any additional charges must be borne by the customer.
  • If customers discover a broken or damaged product, we request that the product not be delivered by courier service. If a customer receives a damaged product from the courier, he or she must accept responsibility and no complaints will be accepted.
  • Clearance sale items are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

REFUND POLICY

  • For specific reasons, product(s) may be returned and refunded to you within 3 to 7 working days; however, in the case of an online purchase, the procedure may take up to 15 days to complete.
  • If the ordered product is out of stock, the customer’s approval will be obtained before the product is changed or the price refunded.
